Phase 1.) Consultation & Planning

Phase 2.) Breaking Bround! Excavation & Grading

With our timelines set, and a passion for delivering on time, we set out to break ground on this property. Our expert team of operators excavated, graded, and hauled away nearly 2 tons of earth laying the perfect foundation for this commercial development. A key part of that process was laying a meticulously crafted foundation for the convenience store. Our team navigated that task, addressing a small rock removal process that we had planned for in Phase 1 of this project after a limestone deposit was identified. Even more crucial to this project, we dug the trenches for the petroleum tanks during this phase. Ensuring this was done correctly and up to code was of paramount importance, as this ensures the pumps can be safely operated. With the perfect tank trenches and foundation excavated, we started into phase 3... Petroleum Tank Installation!

Phase 3.) Petroleum Tank & Gas Pump Installation

Hampton Construction & Development expertly installed the petroleum tanks and pumps, prioritizing quality and safety at every step. The installation process involved fitting the tanks securely, filling in the trenches, grading the property, followed by carefully placing the pumps. To guarantee optimal functionality, the entire system was thoroughly tested, showcasing Hampton's commitment to quality in both commercial and residential developments. Adhering to strict safety standards and regulations, we ensured a reliable and secure operation for decades to come! As we were installing the tanks, the other half of our team was working on Phase 4.) Building Construction & Development of the Black Diamond Convenience Store!

Phase 4.) Building Construction & Development

Working with the perfect foundation made this convenience store building simple to construct! Within a week, the frame was up and securely constructed. From there, we built a gorgeous two-tone brick building with a modern layout and inviting entrance. We made sure to build the sign into the building layout ensuring optimal visibility for excellent brand awareness. We installed the beverage coolers, counters, and even assembled the racks. Our team finished a week early and under budget ensuring this store was ready for operation when this phase was complete. Our national client what thoroughly pleased with the end results, and to start generating profits from this new Black Diamond Convenience Store Location.
